Race Summary
BRASS HAT up close and four wide into the first turn, made a three wide move into the far turn, wore down the leader in mid-stretch then was kept to steady urging through the final furlong. FAIRBANKS bobbled slightly at the start, raced up close two wide, edged clear into the far turn then grudgingly yielded to the winner late. DR. PLEASURE raced close up from inside rivals, loomed three wide along the far turn then gradually weakened final eighth. EVENING ATTIRE showed in contention three wide early, couldn't keep pace racing into the stretch then steadily faded. SHUFFLING MADDNES was rank into and along the first turn, made a mild bid outside into the stretch, lugged in a bit into upper stretch then gradually faded. PALLADIO settled near the inside, lacked a menacing response then weakened through the stretch. FIRE STRIKER assumed command early, dueled inside rivals into the far turn, had no response and tired.
