JANOU within striking distance four wide, angled out for the drive and drew clear under steady urging. DECANTERING forwardly placed from the start, moved out four wide midway through the turn, took over with a furlong to go but was no match for the winner late. BAR HOPPIN outrun early, made a good middle move off the rail on the turn but could not sustain the bid. MAYBELLE SLEW bobbled at the start, recovered to race within striking distance six wide and tired. PROSPECTOR QUEEN lost her footing after the start, was reserved along the inside and could not threaten. BELLA DURMIENTE forwardly placed three wide, tired. HENRY'S POSSE closest to the pace, challenged between rivals on the turn but gave way in the drive. BACKSIDE BLACKIE close up from the start, was fanned five wide midway through the turn and gave way. ALY RAY outrun to the stretch, was no factor. INDIANPASS set the early pace along the inside and stopped. |
