Race Summary

MISS BLOOM forwardly placed three wide, challenged from that path on the second turn, drew clear into the stretch and lasted late. SISTER PEGLEEN close up along the inside, angled out four wide entering the stretch and rallied willingly to be steadily gaining on the winner. BETTER THAN READY a bit eager when restrained into the first turn, raced closest to the early pace, challenged before a half, held on well to midstretch and tired. CARRIE N MARCIE within striking distance off the inside, moved out five wide late on the second turn and lacked a closing bid. MISS MULL sprinted clear and angled in, set the pace along the inside and gave way in the final furlong. LITTLE MANS CAT reserved four wide, stayed in that path on the second turn and faded.
